Request for Qualifications for Real Estate, Economic, Financial, Market Consulting Services
Civic San Diego (CivicSD), an equal opportunity contractor, is seeking qualified firms to provide professional on‐call economic/financial/market analysis consulting services related to public entity real estate, financial and economic matters necessary for transactions, funding, approvals, planning and implementation of various CivicSD projects within the City of San Diego. Selected firms would perform a variety of routine and complex technical and professional services to assist CivicSD on an as‐needed basis. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to provide CivicSD with an on‐call list of consultants who will provide guidance and assistance in the fiscal and economic evaluation of proposals on behalf of public entities related to development projects and plans and, as required by CivicSD staff, on economic, financial and market issues associated with urban revitalization, housing, funding and real estate transactions.
Proposals from small businesses, disabled veteran‐owned businesses, women owned businesses, firms owned by underrepresented ethnic groups and local firms are especially encouraged.
Deadline to submit a response is 4:30 p.m., March 23, 2018.
