Affordable Housing
Overview
Affordable housing is a top priority for Civic San Diego (“CivicSD”). One of CivicSD’s primary redevelopment goals is to provide housing options for people at all income levels and promote income diversity within projects and neighborhoods. Access to affordable housing allows people to live near their workplaces. This helps reduce traffic congestion and minimizes the greenhouse gas emissions generated by long commutes.
