Neighborhood Investment

Neighborhood Investment oversees the real estate assets and certain funding elements under two City approved programs: the Affordable Housing Master Plan 2015 and the Long Range Property Management Plan. The department negotiates transactions and manages projects relating to complex redevelopment opportunities to meet Civic San Diego’s goals to eliminate blight, support and create employment, ensure housing diversity, promote a healthy community rich in arts and culture, encourage private investment, support economic development programs and stimulate tax revenue for the City.
