Request for Proposals for Commercial Office Real Estate Brokerage Services (Real Estate Brokerage Services)

Civic San Diego (CivicSD), an equal opportunity contractor, is requesting written
proposals (“RFP”) from qualified real estate brokerage firms for commercial real
estate brokerage services. The project scope, content of proposal, and vendor
selection process are summarized in this RFP.

Proposals from small businesses, disabled veteran‐owned businesses, womenowned
businesses, firms owned by underrepresented ethnic groups and local firms
are especially encouraged.

Deadline to submit a response is now Friday, February 8, 2019, 4:30 p.m. Solicitation text
