Request for Proposals for Cost Estimation Services for Lyceum Theatre Renovation
Civic San Diego (CivicSD), an equal opportunity contractor, is requesting submittals in response to this RFP for the preparation of a Scope of Work and cost estimate for the renovation within the performance areas of the Lyceum Theatre, located in the downtown area of San Diego. All those interested should have experience with theatre construction.
Proposals from small businesses, disabled veteran-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, firms owned by underrepresented ethnic groups and local firms are especially encouraged.
Solicitation text and attachments can be downloaded from Civic San Diego’s PlanetBids website at https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=24128. Any addenda and responses to questions regarding this solicitation will only be posted on PlanetBids website. It shall be the consultant’s responsibility to check the PlanetBids website up to the final submittal date daily for any possible addenda and responses to questions regarding the solicitation. Submissions shall be electronically posted on PlanetBids. In addition, by the posted submission deadline, the respondent shall deliver at Civic San Diego’s offices the following: one unbound original, five (5) copies, and one “high quality” digital PDF file (on USB flash drive or CD). Incomplete submittals, incorrect information, or late submittals shall be cause for disqualification. Copies received by e-mail and/or fax shall not be deemed as received.
